Lighting the way with LED
The benefits of switching to LED lighting are endless and go way beyond the obvious financial savings. LED is a great option for warehouse and industrial lighting as it provides a long-term and highly energy efficient option.
PLM can support your financial team to ensure that you qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA). Corporation tax benefits are available on all compliant LED replacements, including the cost of installation.
High Efficiency Light Units (HELU) are claimable against ECA as long as the new fittings comply with current lighting legislation, which comes as standard with PLM.
LED lighting is also the best choice when it comes to environmentally friendly industrial lighting. Lighting makes up for 17% of the worlds carbon footprint. But, LED lighting consumes only a small amount of the energy used by traditional bulbs.
